Upstairs, you’ll find two inviting bedrooms, each featuring a queen bed and private en suite bathroom for ultimate comfort and privacy. The primary suite includes a separate shower and soaking tub, while the guest bathroom offers a tub/shower combo.
The main level features an additional full bathroom with a shower, perfect for guests or daytime use. Relax and unwind in two beautiful sitting rooms, filled with natural light and Old Hollywood charm—ideal for lounging, reading, or entertaining.
A queen air mattress is also available for extra guests, and visitors have full access to the home and outdoor spaces, perfect for enjoying LA’s sunshine and serene evenings.
Parking: Guests may park on the street opposite the house (the other side of Bronson Ave), with ample street parking available up and down Bronson Hill Drive.

» No shoes in the house, please — a shoe rack is provided near the entrance.
» Parties and large gatherings are not permitted.
» No pets allowed.
» Quiet hours from 9 PM – 8 AM.
» No commercial photography.
» Maximum occupancy: 4 guests.Guest Access: Guests have full access to the entire home, including both living rooms, kitchen, bedrooms, and outdoor areas. A queen air mattress is available for extra guests. Street parking is available on the opposite side of Bronson Hill Drive (not the house side).
