    • There’s plenty of outdoor space––our garden has lovely plants and we have a spacious patio with ample seating.

    Is the area safe?

    Yes. We’re in a nice, quiet neighborhood with views of nature all around. Many guests have mentioned in reviews that they felt absolutely safe here, safe enough to take frequent walks around the area and even talk to the neighbors. It’s a friendly place!


    Is the house equipped for business travelers?

    Absolutely. We have high-speed internet and there are many quiet rooms and corners in the house that you can turn into a makeshift office.

    Before you arrive, you will be given an access code to ensure a smooth self-check-in process. You will have the entire house to yourself except for the separate guest house which is also being rented out. You might see other guests during your stay.


    Getting Around:

    We’re in a residential neighborhood so private vehicles are the most convenient form of transportation to and from the busier parts of town. Ridesharing services like Uber and Lyft are also available. The neighborhood is very walkable as well and bicycles are also a great way to travel short distances.


    The Neighborhood:

    We love our peaceful neighborhood with great views of the Pacific. The main roads are easy to access by car and the local beach is just a few minutes away on foot. There are many fun things to do in the area––from hiking scenic trails to exploring museums. Santa Monica is also just a short drive away.
